WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Application
These Terms apply to all wholesale orders placed with DEAZA ENTERPRISES PTY LTD TRADING AS PET SUPPLIES LOGISTICS.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
Approved wholesale accounts are granted 14-day payment terms from the date of invoice.
Unless a Customer is approved for credit, full payment must be made before dispatch of any Goods.
If payment is not received by the due date:
- The account may be suspended
- Future orders may be withheld
- Interest may be charged at 10% per annum on overdue amounts
- The Customer is liable for reasonable recovery costs, including legal fees
We reserve the right to revoke credit terms at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Wholesale pricing is subject to change without notice.
4. Risk and Title
Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
Title to the Goods remains with DEAZA ENTERPRISES PTY LTD until payment has been received in full.
Until payment is made in full, the Customer must:
- Store the Goods separately where reasonably practicable
- Keep the Goods in good condition
5. Orders and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
6. Returns and Claims
Wholesale orders are final.
Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 7 days of delivery and include supporting evidence.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:
- Replacement of the Goods, or
- Refund of the purchase price.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
9. Acceptance
By applying for and purchasing under a wholesale account, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
