At Pet Supplies Logistics, we partner with a network of reliable couriers to ensure your wholesale orders reach you efficiently. By understanding our logistics process, you can optimize your shipping costs and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

📦 Dispatch & Handling

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are dispatched within 3 – 5 business days of payment confirmation.
  • High Volume Periods: During major sales events or in the case of backordered items, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Order Finalisation: To maintain warehouse efficiency, orders cannot be amended once finalised and paid. If you need to add items, please place a new order. While we will endeavor to ship them together, shipping fees for both orders will apply to cover the additional manual handling required.

🚛 Choosing the Right Carrier

During checkout, you will be prompted to select a courier. It is essential to select the service that matches your physical delivery location:

  • Residential Service: Must be selected by Sole Traders or Small Businesses operating from a residential address.
  • Commercial Service: Applicable only to registered commercial/industrial business zones.
  • Note: Selecting an incorrect service type will result in additional carrier-levied fees which will be passed on to the customer.

Our shipping calculator pulls live data directly from courier servers, providing you with real-time "at-the-counter" rates based on weight and dimensions.

  • Optimise Your Cart: Because rates are weight-bracketed, you can often "fill" a shipping tier. Try adding or removing a few items at checkout to see how the rate fluctuates—you might find you can add extra stock without increasing your shipping cost.
  • Bulk Inquiries: For exceptionally large orders or pallet-sized shipments, the calculator serves as a guide. Please contact us directly for a bespoke freight quote.

🌏 Delivery Zones & Restrictions

  • Domestic Only: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Biosecurity & State Laws: It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure products (such as seeds) are permitted for entry into your specific state (e.g., Tasmania or Western Australia). Pet Supplies Logistics does not provide quarantine clearance. We accept no liability for goods seized, treated, or destroyed by state authorities.

⏱️ Delivery Expectations

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the transit time is managed by the courier.

  • Regional Deliveries: Please allow extra time for deliveries to regional or remote areas.
  • Urgent Orders: If your shipment is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the best express options available.
